Clients are responsible for ensuring that materials they provide to LNJ Media do not violate third-party intellectual property rights or applicable laws.

Clients retain responsibility for materials they provide unless otherwise agreed. This may include:

• Text
• Photos
• Videos
• Logos
• Product information
• Testimonials
• Trademarks
• Other intellectual property

Clients represent that they have the necessary rights or permissions to provide these materials and that the materials do not infringe the rights of any third party.

• LNJ Media retains ownership of its pre-existing materials, proprietary processes, templates, systems, tools, know-how, and reusable components unless otherwise agreed in writing.
• Client-owned materials remain owned by the client.
• Ownership or licensing of final project deliverables is determined by the applicable project agreement.
• Third-party software, fonts, plugins, images, stock assets, APIs, and other materials may be subject to separate licenses and are not transferred to the client except as permitted by those licenses.

These Terms do not automatically transfer ownership of all work product created for a client. Ownership of final deliverables is governed by the applicable signed project agreement.

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, LNJ Media may display completed work created by LNJ Media for portfolio, marketing, and promotional purposes. This provision may be modified or removed where a client agreement establishes a different policy.

Websites and digital projects may rely on third-party services. Examples may include:

• Hosting providers
• Domain registrars
• Payment processors
• Analytics platforms
• Email providers
• Plugins
• APIs
• CMS platforms
• Advertising platforms
• Cloud services

LNJ Media is not responsible for outages, policy changes, pricing changes, discontinued services, or failures caused by third-party providers beyond LNJ Media’s reasonable control.
